Letters of inquiry will be reviewed on a continuing basis and may be submitted at any time. Final decisions on Grant requests will be made on a quarterly basis. Requests for funding should be submitted in writing (telephone solicitations are not accepted) to:

Funding requests should be submitted with a letter of inquiry highlighting the project and should include:
- A description of your organization and the nature of its work, as well as a brief summary of achievements, particularly as they relate to the program or issue to be addressed.
- A statement of the problem or need that you plan to address and a brief explanation of how it will be addressed.
- A description of the time frame of the proposed activities.
- Estimated costs for the activity and the amount requested.
- Proof of non-profit status.
The Agel Cares Foundation does not supply funds for:
- Administrative costs
- Capital campaigns
- Seed funding
- Individuals
- Religious purposes
- Political lobbyists
- Travel, lodging, and related costs
Special Note: Overhead and administrative costs for the Agel Cares Foundation will be paid by Agel Enterprises so that 100% of all donations received will be used directly for any given project.
