The lights are out, the stage has been taken down, and the awards have all been handed out. The store had record sales, your generosity helped us raise funds for AgelCares. We were all inspired by all those who addressed us. We were challenged to reach new goals as we left the most successful Agel World ever. We thank those who attended. Needless to say, I’ve learned a lot in my 25 years in this incredible industry. I’ve met and learned from so many remarkable people who have built large businesses. As I continue to meet new team members in the ever expanding Agel Family, I can see some clear patters of success to all those who are becoming leaders and I notice there is ONE KEY FACTOR, in particular, that seems to make the biggest difference in a large Agel business. Once again a new year is upon us, many of us sat down on the 1st to write down our new goals. What are your goals for 2014? What do you want to accomplish, who do you want to become, how will you change your life? I spent several hours reflecting on my life and what I want to change this year and who I want to become. Achieving goals are not easy, but if you do not have any goals, you of course will not achieve them.
Here is an interesting thought: How many times have you set goals, and had them lead to nowhere? Have you ever wondered why?
